We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming NANOMAT-Talk #21, featuring guest speaker Dr. Daniil Karnaushenko, Group Leader at the Research Center for Materials Architectures and Integration of Nanomembranes (MAIN), TU Chemnitz.
Dr. Karnaushenko will present his research on "4D mesoscale self-assembled flexible microelectronics towards medical tools and electronic skins." The session will delve into how emerging materials and manufacturing strategies allow for the creation of complex 3D architectures at the microscale. By integrating electronics into self-assembling flexible devices, this research paves the way for highly functional, minimally invasive medical instruments and intelligent sensing devices.
Dr. Karnaushenko holds 11 patents and has authored over 70 papers in prestigious journals such as Nature Electronics and Advanced Materials. Join us to explore the intersection of materials science, microfabrication, and biomedical engineering.
Venue: CENIMAT|i3N Amphitheater | Date & Time: May 5th, 10h00
What is NANOMAT?
NANOMAT – Association for Research and Development in Advanced Materials and Applications connects industry, academia, and municipalities across the entire materials value chain. This initiative places academia in service of industry, encouraging the creation of valuable products by providing cutting-edge research infrastructure. By accelerating the transfer of technology to the market, NANOMAT aims to make materials a key part of the digital economy, promoting prosperity, well-being, and sustainability.
NANOMAT-Talks are open to the entire community. Don't miss it.
